Got a "Super Notebook" for your freelance writing business?

Got Post-It notes everywhere?

Scraps of paper?

If you do, chances are you've also got this sneaking suspicion that you're letting stuff fall through the cracks. You're probably spending a lot of time looking for information you know you've got... somewhere.

One of the best pieces of advice I ever got was from my professional organizer friend, Holly. She took one look at my early "system" and said we needed to go to Borders. We were going out to get a Super Notebook. Right away.

Here's what it is:
- wire-bound
- hard cardboard cover
- about 5 x 8.5"
- lined

The rules:
Every day gets its own page.
NO ripping pages out.
Phone numbers, email addresses, daily schedule, to-do list, goals... all in the book.
Fill the book from front to back.
Keep the book for a year (or more if you want to).
